An Acne Healer!!

One of the best natural healers for acne and inflammation is Yogurt. Nothing much to do. Just apply a thin layer of yogurt and leave it for 20 minutes or till it dries up. You will feel it drying up as your skin feels tight. As with all natural packs, while washing remove in circular motion while buffing away the pack . Pat dry.

What the lactic acid in yogurt does is, it works as a mild bleaching agent on skin. Use it regularly and  over time you should start to see your acne scars fade. You don’t really have to torture your skin with a lot of expensive products which eventually lead to frustration. Natural and easily available products are the way to go! Make sure it’s plain or greek yogurt and not any sweetened yogurt.
