To book with Neetu, please send an email (hello@neetu-bhatia.com) with the following OR Whatsapp on +97150.7265393:

1. Date & Time by when you need to be ready.
2. Location of the appointment.
3. Number of events you require makeup for.
   Once the appointment is confirmed, a deposit fee must be paid to secure the date. This fee depends on the number of events booked & the total amount of the entire booking. An invoice will be provided before the booking day, which will need to be settled as soon as the job is done.
4. The deposit fee is non–refundable. If the booking is canceled because of Covid reasons, a proof will be required to show for the same. If there are any government restrictions because of covid, the deposit can be held for a later date or refunded if Neetu is busy on a date you need. In every circumstance, a small admin fee will be charged (TBD based on job fee). All party glams & bridal makeup dates will be booked only once the deposit is paid.
5. No refunds are made once the entire glam is done or even if the client is dissatisfied with the look.
   All confirmation is to be done via email. A quotation will be sent after the first communication. The same needs to be approved via email along with the transfer of the booking fee.

Rates (includes a full face of makeup + lashes). We stock all lashes; light, medium, heavy, and individual.

• All bridal events – requires an hour and 15 minutes for makeup and two hours & half for makeup, hair & draping. A package rate can be created when booking two or more events with the same bride (e.g: Mehndi, Milad, Sangeet, Civil, Pheras/Nikah, Reception) with Neetu.
• All bridesmaids & Glams are booked according to the event & not makeup look. A deposit will be needed to block a date. No refunds/transfers for Glam makeups, under any circumstance.
• Makeup Trials are @650 AED. This is a non–refundable, non–adjustable fee. Neetu can provide trials for brides-to-be only.
• Please note each booking is taken according to the event. You cannot book party makeup if you are the bride. Each look requires different techniques & products. You can however choose the bridal look to be soft or intense. 
• Neetu does not do party hair. Only bridal hairstylist can be arranged; that includes bridal draping too. TBD after initial discussions.

Appointments:

It is advisable to book your hairstylist before your party makeup appointment as this makes sure that Neetu is able to complete the final checks with photography. Neetu can advise and recommend hairstylists for party hair, but the bookings will need to be handled by the client.

Neetu brings her professional lighting to every glam/bridal session & does phone & camera photo checks. Please provide 10–15 minutes for this. You can also choose to opt out of this but is a necessary step to complete the entire look.

If you choose to go ahead with the booking without a trial, it is recommended to share your bridal references with Neetu to understand your aesthetics & any theme you may have planned for.

For brides, when a soft look is asked for, the makeup requires layering, and the powder may feel heavy but is essential for the glam and longevity of the makeup.

Neetu is highly experienced in all skin types, conditions, and shade ranges. Any skin concerns need to be addressed clearly to Neetu via email/WhatsApp before the booking day.

Clients may wish to not show themselves on Neetu’s Instagram. Kindly convey this to Neetu before the event.

For travel to any other emirate besides Dubai, there will be a nominal traveling fee. This will be discussed once booked.

Destination weddings are calculated differently & more information can be provided upon first discussions.

Travel & accommodation are to be provided by the client.
